Hyejoo Kang

Dr. Hyejoo Kang is the Chief of Clinical Physics Department of Radiation Oncology at Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. She is an American Board of Radiology (ABR) certified Radiation Therapy Physicist. Image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT), HDR brachytherapy, SRS, 3D surface imaging systems, patient positioning, and patient motion monitoring. Teaching radiation therapy students and MD residents. Supervising physics graduate students and residents. Expert in computer simulation and programing, mathematical modelling, statistics, and data analysis. Interested in automation in planning and QA/QC, adaptive planning via IGRT and data mining.
